Summer Activities

For spring breaks and summer holidays the chalet is perfectly located to provide easy access to an endless number of outdoor activities. There is so much to do all year round. In the spring you can enjoy the beautiful mountain flowers and wildlife including the marmottes. During the summer months the breathtaking scenery provides a paradise whether waking, cycling, taking the cable-car or chair-lift, or just relaxing in the sun on the balcony or in the garden.

Five minutes walk into the village is a lovely, heated outdoor swimming pool open during the summer season plus tennis courts. Many other activities are available locally including fishing or bathing on the beaches of one of the many lakes, horse-riding, paragliding, climbing, golfing or mini-golf. There are also opportunities to do many water sports such as rafting, kayaking, canyoning or even sailing on Lake Geneva. For those that enjoy exploring, there are many interesting and historical towns nearby including Thonon, Evian, Annecy and Yvoire. Finally for the shopaholics there are plenty of local markets and Geneva is only thirty minutes away.
